However, these guidelines are not exhaustive and do not replace any current laws or regulations of the countries in which Elite operates.Approval for Explicit Content: Images and/or video featuring talent in nude, partially nude, see-through attire, bathing suits, lingerie, or furs require express prior written approval.
Safety and Well-being:
Customers and brands working with talent must take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the talent while they provide services.
Image Alteration:
Talent images and/or video may not be altered or distorted beyond reasonable and customary editing.
Behind the Scenes Footage: Behind the scenes footage of talent may not be taken unless express prior written approval is obtained. Furthermore, such footage may not be captured when talent is nude and/or changing clothes, before they are hair and makeup ready, or during any time when talent expects privacy.
Rest Periods: Talent will be allowed regular rest periods to ensure they can maintain suitable amounts of rest and refreshment while delivering services.
Respectful Treatment: No person should subject talent to actions or activities that are dangerous, degrading, unprofessional, or demeaning.
Substance Use: Individuals are prohibited from being under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs or alcohol in the workplace, including the unauthorized use of prescription drugs.
Healthy Practices: No person may coerce talent into diets or weight loss programs that may negligently endanger their health or safety.
Security Arrangements: Customers and brands are responsible for making adequate security arrangements when necessary.
Confidentiality: Talent's confidential information and the terms of their contractual agreements shall not be disclosed without prior written consent, except as necessary for the performance of customer and brand obligations.
In addition, educational materials regarding sexual harassment prevention and response are available to talent upon request.
