1 Social Media: Many potential models have public accounts on social networks to promote themselves. We review these publications and note relevant data that can be useful for our services if you have chosen to make them publicly available.
2 Casual Meetings: If we encounter you informally on the street or at an event, we may ask for your contact details, pictures, and additional data such as age and gender.
3 Walk-ins: When you visit our offices and go through our standard internal process, you provide us with your contact details, pictures, physical measurements, age, and gender.
4 Voluntary Submission: If you send us your contact details, pictures, physical measurements, or other data about yourself voluntarily via email, regular mail, or any other means of communication.
5 Third-Party Referrals: If someone, such as your agent, promotes you as a potential talent and contacts us by mail, email, or in person, providing your contact details, pictures, physical measurements, or other data about you.

Legal Basis for Processing

Our processing is based on the following legal bases:

1 Legitimate Interest: We have a legitimate interest in finding new potential talent among individuals who have voluntarily made their data public to promote themselves.
2 Action at Data Subject's Request: For those who have communicated their data to us (directly or through their agents) with the aim of promoting themselves, we process their data to take action before potentially entering into a contract.
Sensitive Data.

In cases where the data collected includes sensitive information (*), we process it because it is manifestly made public by the data subject. Sensitive data may include racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, data concerning health, or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.

Data Sharing and Transfers

To assess your potential as a model, we may share your data with other companies within the Group. These parties are obligated to comply with relevant data protection legislation. When such parties process personal data on our behalf, they are contractually obliged to protect your personal data and follow our instructions. If required by law, we will share your data with relevant authorities.

In cases where these parties are located outside the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we apply appropriate safeguards as mandated by data protection legislation.

Data Storage and Retention

We store your data securely and in compliance with applicable laws that protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data. Access to your personal data is limited to employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties with a strict business need. We retain your personal data for the time necessary to assess your potential as a model.

If the assessment procedure does not result in a contractual relationship, we retain your data for three years from the end of the procedure to evaluate your profile for future opportunities. In certain cases, data may be retained for a longer period to fulfill legal obligations or exercise/defend legal rights. When your personal data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it to remove identification.

Your Privacy Rights

Under relevant data protection laws, you have the following privacy rights:

1 Information Access: You can request information about the purposes, categories, and recipients of your personal data, as well as the storage duration. We can provide a copy of your personal data undergoing processing, subject to not adversely affecting the rights and freedoms of others.
2 Data Correction: If your personal data is incomplete, inaccurate, or requires additional information provided by you, you can request its correction without undue delay.
3 Data Erasure: You may request the erasure of your personal data under certain conditions, such as when the data is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, or processing is unlawful.
